The Grand Avenue Project, Parcel Q

The Grand Avenue Project, designed by architect Frank Gehry, is a landmark development in Los Angeles that required extraordinary attention to detail and precision. Our team was proud to be selected as the contractor to provide all public area and amenity stone and tile work in both the Conrad Hotel Tower and the Residential Tower. Our scope of work included sourcing stone and tile products from 6 continents – North America, South America, Asia, Australia, Europe, and Africa. We utilized our expertise in logistics and project management to navigate a volatile international shipping environment during the pandemic. Our team worked tirelessly to furnish and install our work, ensuring that every piece on the project was finished with the highest level of craftsmanship. The result is a stunning display of the finest stone and tile products from around the world, expertly installed in one of the most iconic buildings in Los Angeles.
